HOME WATCH SERVICES

Our Home Watch Services can be provided weekly, bi-weekly, once a month, or "as-needed" - you choose!  Schedule a free consultation today and develop a customized plan that best serves your needs while protecting your home and property.

The following are the services provided in our Basic Home Watch (42-point) and Premier Home Watch (60-point) Services.

BASIC SERVICE
EXTERIOR CHECKS

  • ​​​visual check of home and property for damage/issues

  • visual check for vandalism, forced entry, and damage/issues

  • visual check of driveway, sidewalks, and patios for damage/issues 

  • visual check that water meter at street is not running/leaking 

  • visual check for signs of water/drainage damage/issues 

  • visual check for signs of insects/rodents

  • visual check of lawn, trees, and plants for general condition

  • visual check of additional structures for damage/issues

  • visual check of roof for signs of damage/issues

  • visual check of gutters/downspouts for obstructions/damage/issues

  • visual check of house siding for damage/issues

  • visual check of windows/screens for damage/issues

  • visual check of doors for damage/issues

  • visual check of garage door(s) for damage/issues

  • visual check of water spigots for leaks

  • check that all exterior lights are in working order

  • check for mail, newspapers, and flyers and place in home or recycle

  • check for packages and place in home or notify homeowner

  • check that all garbage cans are stored/secure

  • visual check of pool and hot tub/spa for water levels/damage/issues

BASIC SERVICE
INTERIOR CHECKS

  • check doors closed and locked

  • visual check of doors for water damage/leaks

  • check windows closed and locked and damage/issues

  • visual check of windowsills/frames for water damage/leaks

  • check garage door(s) closed and locked and for damage/issues

  • visual check of ceilings for water damage/leaks

  • visual check for signs of mold/mildew

  • visual check for signs of insects/rodents

  • check for alarms, unusual sounds, and odors

  • if main water is on - run all faucets in sinks, bathtubs, and showers

  • if main water is on - flush all toilets and check for leaks

  • if main water is on - run garbage disposal

  • check under sinks for leaks/water damage/issues

  • visual check of hot water heater for leaks/rust

  • if main water is off - check hot water heater breaker is off

  • check washing machine water connections for leaks

  • check that air conditioning and heat are working at specified temperature

  • check thermostat for humidity level

  • check that smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are working

  • check refrigerator/freezer for temperature and odors 

  • check lights/fans are in working order

  • check electrical breaker panel for tripped breakers

PREMIER SERVICE
"ADD" TO BASIC CHECKS

The additional exterior/interior checks are added to the Basic Service Plan providing a 60-point Premier Service Plan:

  • visual check that lawn care services performed as expected

  • check to make sure irrigation system is cycling correctly and in working order

  • check pool and hot tub/spa skimmers and remove debris

  • check that pool and hot tub/spa pumps are in working order

  • stored vehicle test - run engine and check tire pressure

  • post-storm check including pictures of damage/issues

  • check and manage exterior security light timers

  • check security/alarm system is in working order

  • check and replace air filters

  • if main water is on - short cycle washer and dishwasher

  • turn on/off ceiling fans

  • check that all appliances and televisions are in working order

  • forward mail and/or packages to homeowner

  • replace batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors as needed

  • change light bulbs as needed

  • next day visit after departure

  • monitor alarm events during regular business hours

  • check and manage interior light timers

At the conclusion of each Home Watch Check, you will receive a detailed report including pictures.  All damages or issues will be reported immediately in order to be rectified as quickly as possible.
